De formation scientifique (Master de Chimie en 2008), je reviens vers des occupations plus concr\u00e8tes et je passe en 2009 un CAP de Boulangerie. Je travaille ensuite pendant 3 ans dans une boulangerie Bio et au Levain (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/lamiedoresaintmartinleseaux\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">La Mie Do R\u00e9<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je pratique l&rsquo;escalade et j&rsquo;ai souhait\u00e9 partag\u00e9 mon savoir. J\u2019obtiens en 2014 mon Dipl\u00f4me d&rsquo;\u00e9tat et m\u2019installe \u00e0 mon compte en tant que moniteur d&rsquo;escalade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis 2018 je me mets \u00e0 pratiquer le Yoga et je d\u00e9couvre et approfondis des techniques de soins \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques (Reiki, Acces Bar). Plus tard en 2020 je souhaite retourner \u00e0 des technique plus en lien avec le touch\u00e9 et me je me forme en massage et techniques corporelles Ayurv\u00e9diques \u00e0 <a href=\"http:\/\/ecoleveda.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l&rsquo;\u00e9cole Veda<\/a> pr\u00e8s de Toulon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vision Ayurv\u00e9dique de l&rsquo;humain et de l&rsquo;Univers me touche profond\u00e9ment et je souhaite alors continuer \u00e0 approfondir mes connaissances en Ayurv\u00e9da. Je d\u00e9marre en 2023 une formation pour \u00eatre th\u00e9rapeute en ayurv\u00e9da avec <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narayana-ayurveda.com\/formation-ayurveda.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l&rsquo;association Narayana<\/a>.
